The company was established by its founding Directors Adam Calleja and Sav Esen following a combined 40 years of experience working in senior roles at some of Australia’s most reputable building surveying firms. The extensive experience gained with working on some of Victoria’s most iconic and diverse developments has forged the foundation that Prime Building Surveyors is built on.

DIRECTOR
Adam leads the team on many of the firm’s major projects. His experience across all building classifications, meticulous attention to detail and ability to provide pragmatic solutions is pivotal in seeing projects large or small satisfy regulatory compliance matters.
With a strong focus on client relations and a passion for innovation and the built environment, Adam continues to focus on developing best practice models within the industry to create streamlined, efficient and economical outcomes for our clients.

SAV ESEN
DIRECTOR
Sav’s extensive experience working on medium to large scale developments provides invaluable strategic and expert advice to the design team. He has a consultative and results-oriented approach that is essential to resolving regulatory issues while at the same time allowing him to come up with effective design solutions.
Sav has worked across government and private sectors including some of Australia’s most reputable building surveying firms. He draws on his extensive experience working on medium to large scale developments providing strategic and expert advice to the design team.
